Wait a minute! I read that wrong. It appears ERBB/American Green has a little over a year left to before the permit expires. I thought it said 04-MAY-2018. My bad... It is a good thing this permit expires in 2019 though. I am sure American Green will use every last day of that the way they are going with this marathon.

Around the time of the PR it looked like NHR was all done. They weren’t filing with the state and were on the verge of being dissolved. One location was closed and the other 2 were operating under the name of their CBD company. It’s possible that Martin bought NHR as a shell to help him get a MJ license. It would make sense that Martin has been NHR from the time of the PR in August. That could be why no one from NHR was directly quoted in the PR. It was just another paw puddy deal.

It looks pretty obvious to me that Chris Martin from Hempful Farms is going to be the grower. I don’t know why they haven’t announced it. He got the license a few weeks ago and still no word has been released. Something shady is going on with that grow. The name on the letter to Martin was scratched out when he posted it online. There is something they are all hiding and I can’t figure out how to search it.
