I am curious - what are the verifiable facts that suggest OWCP is a Buy - is it the ongoing SEC investigation or the SEC complaint filed against Friedland - where the current management gifted Friedland 5.1 million shares and then provided Friedland with a Fraudulent 144 Opinion Letter to remove the restrictive legend so the shares are free trading immediately.
