All of this was stated way back in March 2016 by Alfred Hermiz, who was the director of design and cultivation and former "Master Grower" for American Green until September 2016 (wonder what happened?)

Maybe American Green couldn't get the medical marijuana permit after all, and have to resort to growing industrial grade hemp?
