Obviously he didn't do the math. A 70-80% premium on a $1.75 SP is a whopping $1.40 = $3.15. So that is supposedly a great outcome? LMAO. His $30/share buyout numbers with Amgen buying ADXS for $1billion (in addition to the $500 million in milestones) is just as ludicrous. That would NEVER fly. If and when a BUYOUT occurs, we should all be jumping for joy for anything between $10-15. PERIOD. We need to put an end to this madness about anything over that amount. IT AIN'T HAPPENING!!!
You know darn well we aren't working off this manipulated SP for the buyout figure....get a grip......so what is the magic behind $10 as a price.....since you've been such a long-term shareholder..........I tend to want more from my investment......you think this is only worth $500M......that is laughable...........Kinda like the guy who is supposedly down $500K but doesn't want anything but peanuts for his investment as well...... I keep hearing warrants are the driver....I guess I need to study how they operate
