$ ONCI. According to DD on the internet BMIC has a New set of rules starting today with alot less power than BMIC has had in the past so its better to do DD than to be a BS Spreader right now on any OTC Stock right now JMO. Plus ONCI is satting higher bottoms and higher highs with the Huge New Contracts being done daily from the Sales Reps and the CEO Steve B and thats some more Facts about ONCI IMO.
