Actually, it's not just one penny...from .12 and .28 that's quite a jump. Some bought back in at those levels and others are simply making back some money. So yes, they are excited about that and what lies ahead in terms of announcements.

On the other hand, quite a few people sold at those levels and are right about now wondering if they made they right decision (and trying to convince the rest of us they did).

This will be interesting.
