The two new men you refer to are not anywhere near full-time employees, as far as I can tell. They were brought on board prior to shows. Scott Kummer and Cyril Jay-Rayon (spelling is probably not quite accurate) but it would appear they may be used in very targeted ways-to fulfill physical tasks surrounding events, like the LV World of Cement...possibly transporting equipt and demonstrating coatings applications at shows and possibly for big customers.
