Good summary of some key points! That’s why I think it is incredible how indervalued PGUS is after one does the DD on this company. The 5k land alone is worth 42 million dollars “as is” today, not including the farming business and the underlying real estate!! And this value is appraised by CBRE, one of the most respected company in its field. Anyway, I think the market will come to its senses pretty soon. Again, like I always tell people, do their own DD and don’t blindly follow noise on message board.

Im still big eyed on the Condo prices... Just think 3000 condos at $300k each thats $900M dollars for the condos add the rest of the development add the farming operation.... Wow I can see a BILLION DOLLAR COMPANY HERE... Trading at under 3 cents can you say undervalued gonna have to add some more here...

A business summary has been posted on the investors page in response to recent inquiries from interested parties to better understand ProGreen US, Inc. The February 2018 Business Presentation that is now posted was used for discussions with lenders to aid in understanding of our company structure and strategic relationships.

So much has been accomplished in just the past few months that we will be updating the presentation for the website very soon, to add significant new developments, milestones and activities since February, including: CBRE market valuation, preliminary master plan and commercial presentation, Phase I execution plan, environmental study, Arenoso year one of pepper farming for Huy Fong, new land acquisition, large corporate and project funding.
