Then we're alike. My parents loved poached, soft-boiled, and fried eggs. I hated them. Deviled are pretty good, and so is egg salad. Though not fabulous.
Every once in awhile, I buy a carton. It's mostly aspirational. MAYBE I'll use a few to make egg salad. Or not.
I do like spaghetti alla carbonara. So very rarely, I make that.
