management and insiders are the ones buying up these large blocks of shares right now so that there WILL be a R/S (voting power)

shouldn't matter to you,...whatever makes the price go up

there is nothing inherently negative or value lowering about a R/S in and of itself

let them buy up all the shares and drive the price up to 20 cents...then reverse split up to 2$

you get rich either way
