They're trading it, not buying it. Trading doesn't make the price go up. Just look at gold & silver past several years. Also, whales this big wouldn't let it be known they are buying before they buy. Only after they load up. As price shows, there has been no loading up. No doubt these guys know something we don't. I view this news as extremely bearish ST.
