Then why should GBDX merge with WWCD? if u look at WWCD, u can see that this shell changed its business very very often.

Again, why did GBDX go public for? also why did GBDX goes onto pinksheet if they are with such a huge company??

Also, don't u think by now, some ppl (ppl who known about the huge company) would have bought in GBDX already, and that the PPS wouldn't have fall so hard?
