Maybe they get their things done but that's not how it works in US/EUR (to win investors confidence)
Even $ 0,20 is too high maybe. It sounds to good to be true (worth 4 bilion in pp etc. and a market cap of 0,20 x os?) so be careful and take a little amount of shares here. Loosing all is possible, it's still a pinkie.
At this point there is absolutely no guarantee because there is no (independent) auditing.
Look at NDOL: no real buyout, misleading revenue numbers of NWOG, incorrect numbers of total reserves, incorrect number of outstanding shares in their financials, even non reporting now...
Both outdated websites and no contact possible with management.
