Haha he couldn't dilute if he wanted too. A/S is 300mm
O/S is 288mm
Plus he has no reason to dilute he has tons of money. That is half the problem he doesn't need the stock price to rise he doesn't need attention on the stock.
And now that he has $150k cash and 141k shares of $BLNK he is sitting so pretty.
What need to make it liquid is him talking and telling us how business is going.
He was so profitable last year that he had so many write offs and depreciation and paid down all his CC and still claimed a profit. It's a shame he doesn't communicate more with us we would be trading @.04 easy
