I wonder how much Jan is gonna pay attention to thier suggestions? Less density of people equals bigger lots, which is good for me and my ocean front lot but less buildable lots.
And I notice that everything that CBRE estimates is just lots. Which brings me to actual construction and sales and property management, (rentals) which will be a subsidiary of ProCon, which equates to more income through the buildout and management for seasonal owners.
I am very happy with this whole scenario and of course the farming operation through ProGreen Farms is icing on this cake!
