I don't really know David Singer. I communicated with him several times via email and then he stopped communicating. That is why they hired Paul to field shareholder concerns. Unfortunately, as nice of a gentleman as Paul is, he is literally their mouthpiece. He is not allowed to provide information to shareholders without it first being ran by the company. As it stands presently, I don't believe they have been in touch with him on anything relevant. Those of you that have been in touch with Paul, know exactly what I'm speaking of. He is a wonderful human being and this has nothing to do with his character but the company is very guarded on what they share with him.
Bravatek, dark pool etc etc
Yes they are puzzle pieces and I wouldn't be surprised if you gentlemen and ladies were correct. Nothing would shock me at this point. I'm only giving it to you from the standpoint of reality concerning an increase in the authorized share count or a reverse stock split. Who in their right mind would reverse merge into a stock with such a large share structure?
And what is the only possible way to reduce corporate share structure?
Reverse Split
