Any idea why the As doesn’t match the Nevada filing of 500Mil. I figure it’s because they need the cusip change official on Finra before the changes take effect.

NASDAQ minimum listing requirements include a share price of 4 dollars per share. Plus 10 million in revenue.

On top of that there are ZERO FILINGS. This is CAVEAT EMPTOR, just a hijacked shell con job.
