The claim is that the CEO has already stole the money but if not currently stealing - gotcha.

Let me rephrase that,

SPECIFICALLY - do you have proof the CEO stole from the company?

Throwing defamatory comments out there and then calling it "word play" is just avoiding what was said and failing to prove it.
