Superones, stayed off the board and enjoyed life this weekend so apologize for the delayed response (if you were expecting one).

Was mystified in regards to your comment. If it is a poison pill, that could be interpreted as good news as it would indicate another entities interest in the company. Why as an investor would I not want to hear that.

But, if it is a poison pill, the 8-K filed in regards to compensation was a mystery to me as it was a standard 2 x Annual for CEO and 1.5 x Annual for CFO and same for Executive VP (from what I remember).

Personally I would have placed it a lot higher if I was trying to deter an unwanted advance.
