#134082 RE: snow #134081

That is a fair assessment, snow.

There is one remaining issue however. Did SIAF breach Merkur exchange rules? IOW, is SIAF obligated to report any increase in the O/S as soon as is practical? I have heard these suggestions before, for the main market I think. I find this hard to believe, because it would mean that the requirements that Merkur imposes are far more stringent than the SEC. And it is simply not practical. Someone should look into this.

It could also mean that Merkur is struggling a bit with their own rules, if true. Which of course shouldn't be a surprise.

CMCI is going through the same thing, on ASX in Australia. Someone filed a complaint and it is not known who did it. And the stock was halted there because the exchange had some serious concerns whether the exchange rules have been breached. But it is still pending and seems to be a bit of a corporate governance issue now, which should be resolved soon.

Merkur didn't halt the stock. Very wise. And should they delist SIAF then they will lose the first company that ever listed there. As well as the only stock with liquidity. It's like signing your own death warrant. But I think they should get closure on this quickly. And the fact that they haven't, is probably the reason why Fredly went to the media.

And who pays the price for all of this nonsense? The shareholders, as usual.

Yes Snow, I can certainly see where you are coming from. My comment wasn’t meant to imply that any long here is satisfied with 70 cents, I realize that’s not the case. Perhaps I should have said „everybody here is more happy again now than at 30 cents“. :-)
