We have a Term sheet as identified in the 8k. It has a due date and the amount of primary financing is $49 million of the 50-55 million cost.

Where is the MMEX "term sheet" from the unnamed "international debt fund?"

Do you have material evidence that a "term sheet" exists? Who is MMEX's "international debt fund" lender?

Where are the so-called "diesel" agreement? Remember, MMEX's proposed Phase I rudimentary topping unit could not produce "diesel" even it it were constructed - it would be capable only of intermediate-stream AGO, which has no direct market application. Recall also that the only PR on this was MMEX's self-referential PR - Pilot Thomas issued no statement, and there is no independent validation of this claim

Well said! We have a Term sheet which has been signed and the closing has been timed by the company on or before May 31st. That is step 1 to the build. It also seems a diesel offtake agreement is also in place.
