8-k is just a legal filing to the SEC , based on a company update , which was the debt extension. It's really a neutral filing as we all know the debt situation. What's so bullish is the chart , the locked up float and accumulation. It will run next week. The 10-k is the annual report and I believe it will be positive and will come out Monday followed by other PRs.
