BILLIONS ADDED and continuing to flow into the outstanding count. Diluting shareholder value and keeping those "cheap shares" available. LOL

The longer it lays in the mud the more shares it takes to satisfy the payoffs. No wonder they don't file and just keep bleeding shareholders.
