I don't think really anyone did. Pretty sure that Orthodontix was a scam, ala Wolf of Wall Street. Pretty much no trading activity so the price moves a ton when small amounts are traded.
It's quicker for a company to get listed on an exchange by reverse merging with a shell company than it is by initiating a brand new application. A lot of smaller companies do this.
