Local governments in sporadic areas have made CBD illegal. Those are rare exceptions. That is also true with alcohol and other things. Even fireworks.

I think Louisiana is the only state now that it's still "illegal" for CBD oil. Indiana just had a pretty quick bill passed that allowed CBD oil usage at retail level. Again there is hemp based CBD and flower based CBD that will contain a small amount of THC...there is a lot of confusion around the two as you can see with the Tennessee raids. Hemp based CBD should be protected under the Agriculture Act.
