Everyone will still own the same percentage of the company after a reverse split. At least until they dilute more after that.
At this stage, VPER would probably only do 1000:1 or 500:1. But they may max out that AS before that. They could even up it and put off an RS for another year or two.
Any shareholder at this point might as well ride out Q1 earnings. Dumping at .0001 now wont 'be much different than dumping at .0001 in a few weeks. If they somehow do show some reasonable revenue for Q1, shareholders could see a pop. I think the "partners" will see the vast majority of any project revenue and since the CEO of VPER is apparently employed by several of the partners, he will be rewarded.
