It wasn't an employee benefit. It was a rip off

Employees weren't given any shares, they had to pay triple the price for a share.

But it's neither here nor there because no employees bought any shares. That was a bullshit NR to get the scam rolling. Everybody going holy cow... if employees are paying .10 cents for a share with warrants at .15 cents and this is trading at .03 cents it's got to be a screaming buy.

If the stock and warrants were offered as an "employee" benefit there is not necessarily a need to report it on an 8-K.
