The buyer paid $14M to RGDXQ. And RGDXQ has 38,795,396 shares OS. So each share of RGDXQ is valued at $0.3609 which is 1203 Times of the current 52-week low $0.0003! That is a great news for RGDXQ shareholders but very bad news for the buyer's shareholders! Which means RGDXQ hold some very valuable assets!
