I don't think this is the case, why would he be wining at the SEC and Merkur if that would be the case. And why would a bank sell shares to buy them back later, makes no sense. Arne has been in trouble before regarding shorting. IDK, what we can hope for now is no more dumping and the loan, then we're soon trading at 2 bucks.
