unfortunately i dont think dp will reverse into ihsi. i believe dennis said they were going into a clean shell and nothing from the shell would move forward. ihsi has a construction company in it and has a lot of shares that would need to be cleaned up.
on the flip side, the construction co would certainly compliment dp and maybe dp would rm into ihsi. things change fast.
