Everyone keeps asking this, there is no way to know. I have explained this several times now. Once a lender converts their notes, they are issues a block of shares, at that point that are able to sell at will without notifying the company. Ifs no different then you can I selling our shares, Brad has no way of know what we sell or when we sell then.
