I was watching and couldn't decide to pull the trigger to buy it.. I had bids at 9.7ish and lower.. Powell speaks tomorrow so I was about to grab it because of that.. but then again we already know about hikes this year and this probably is already priced in.. well.. we will see tomorrow..
