There were over 800 million shares issued prior to the 750:1 reverse split took them back to just over a million shares.... now we’re back at 1.3 billion shares outstanding with 3.8 million shares worth of convertibles in default. Not to mention the judgment that gives Darling 100% of the Company’s held stock. Maybe that’s what we’re seeing is the effect of Darling liquidating what’s left.
