According to the Schedule 14c filing dated 1/30/2018 authorized shares have increased from 195,000,000 to 495,000,000. Remember that is authorized shares. As of December 8th 2017 the number of issued and outstanding shares is 133,581,325. It's all in the Schedule 14c which you should be able to pull up under SEC filings on the OTC website. That is the latest info on share structure.
