ZN must be very confident the stock will be worth much more than the rights offering price. If ZN doesn't issue the shares until after 5/31, I am starting to think the Stockholder meeting on 6/5 will have blockbuster news and the rights offering shares will be released shortly after. There could be a press release the same day and time the meeting is taking place. If ZN is using the rights offering funds in part for production infrastructure and ZN stated "Good things are coming!" They are virtually shouting from the roof tops we have a major oil discovery!
