TEN, Is David Singer affiliated with vtxb. I saw it mentioned by someone but do not remember where and I cannot find it myself. If so, with vtxbs' current share structure, and caveat status, would they be a more viable option or no? I see they hired an accounting firm 3/7 to bring their status to current more rapidly. Just wondered if it would be a better option and viable with a immensely better share structure.
