Honestly it's necessary for a company starting out. If your trying to create an empire like I believe Brad is you need money and unfortunately it needs to happen in order to grow.
One of my largest gains came from Bvt? and they were heavily diluting and it still went from 0002- almost a cent in a very short period of time. I have watched the most well run companies with absolutely no toxic debt not move in price while the Ceo funds the entire operation and owns 30% of the float - pkt?, although I still feel like it will do well soon.
My point is that all these things can mean nothing, in fact I sometimes look at dilution as a friend enabling me to buy very low. As long as we have volume whales will be here, pushing the price in both directions.
