How do public company get money ?

How do public company give guaranties on loans they get ?

And Treaty is still not current, nor had it ever disclosed that an agreement with SEC was signed in which Treaty agrees to have commited fraud. And it never disclosed any arrangements with SEC following a pseude plea bargain

I would swear I read a çomment that the SEC was going to contact the author in a day a or two, like it was a smoking gun of criminal activity.

Any ideas where Glasgow should try to get money from?
