This doesn’t sound good. Why would they need to post a warning unless someone’s been doing that? Can someone explain this?

TDA still has this stock listed as grey sheets. If this was a grey sheet, you could not trade the stock via online. You would have to call in your trade through the broker. There is a possibility OTC markets website has ADVT listed as "Warning! This company may not be making material information publicly available" because ADVT data has not been updated on these sites".
