You did not buy the land, the CFO family did simultaneously to lease it back to ACAN cuz ACAN had no dough and still does not. ACAN gave 900k+, 3.4M in dollar warrants, and a ground lease where all buildings revert back to the owner for free when the lease is over or not performed on. LOL! You pay for everything and good luck, if not its all ours. The money to back it up, well, its either MS selling stock soon or some other new agreement. Look for an 8k within weeks.

I have no idea what it is you're trying to say...
Bask Inc. is the only "plant house" that the CEO has at the moment and I believe it was fully funded by ACAN and it's shareholders. The CEO and his investor buddies still get rich and ACAN shareholders get to look at pretty renderings of "make believe" greenhouses that have never and probably will never be built. What recourse would anyone have against ACAN is they just closed their doors and gave up the greenhouse dream and kept the dispensary? It's buyer beware when you're playing with cannabis stocks
