The geologists are just so shocked at the "presence" of REE, cobalt and other goodies in the samples from Hay Mountain, they aren't sure what to do. Torn between forming a JV and offering an outright buyout, probably.

One wonders how you are privvy to what the so-called true believers may or may not be doing in their trading accounts.
