Have you checked out Agora at all. They've been rather silent, as their pride is hurt. Many, I suppose, are just embarrassed and ashamed at the wasted money, time and energy. The BK filing, which had been expected by many for some time, just came out of nowhere for some of those poor folks.

Few of them thought recently that Pat was interested in "re-booting" the company and "selling" the tech. Those few haven't yet figured out that the company had two decades to sell the worthless tech, and the only way money could ever be extracted was through the filing (trolling) of specious lawsuits which in the final years only yielded nuisance settlements, which gig eventually ran its course, and then the lemon was dry.

Imagine that, Pat "re-booting" the company!
