No need for an R/S at this time. With that said it's only if the 300 million is retired. What I believe is happening to the 300 million is they are being exchanged for preferred shares, which IMO is worse than leaving them as outstanding common.

As to the debt there is no guarantee that Vacarro is going to re-negotiate it. I don't think that he will, why should he?

LOL! What can they do to raise funds??? They're selling product like hotcakes. They don't need to RS or dilute ever again. They've got this. This year they'll bust $30 million all to hell and back. LOL!!!
