Misdeeds of the MMs and those that were shorting Billions of shares of EFLN over the years and making money, that will probably be the main target of investigation. If you don't believe that, how do you explain the fact that none of the Corporate Officers of EFLN are under indictments or in Jail?
EFLN will get over this with flying colors!

Mr. Thomas,

As you know, on March 21, the SEC announced the temporary suspension of trading Efuel ENF Corp. (“EFLN”), (see https://www.sec.gov/litigation/suspensions/2018/34-82918.pdf. As stated in the release, the Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Efuel ENF due to concerns about the accuracy and adequacy of information in the marketplace about, among other things, the company’s status with OTC Markets Group Inc.

For more information about trading suspensions, please see our Investor Bulletin on Trading Suspensions (available at http://www.sec.gov/investor/alerts/tradingsuspensions.pdf). As is noted therein, the SEC will not comment publicly on the status of a company when the ten-day suspension period ends because the company may still have serious legal problems. For instance, the SEC may continue to investigate a company to determine whether it has defrauded investors. The public would not know if the SEC is continuing its investigation unless the SEC publicly announces an enforcement action against the company. Furthermore, when an SEC trading suspension ends, a broker-dealer generally may not solicit investors to buy or sell the previously-suspended over-the-counter (OTC) stock until certain requirements are met. Before soliciting quotations or resuming quotations in an OTC stock that has been subject to a trading suspension, a broker-dealer must file a Form 211 with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) representing that it has satisfied all applicable requirements, including those of Rule 15c2-11 and FINRA Rule 6432.

Thank you,
