and where, if it was payable, would they obtain the funds to pay even a portion of that amount.

Instead they will choose a two-part path:

1)Issue more stock at about 5 cents per share and raise a few thousand dollars from Brennan or anyone else foolish enough to buy

2) Use the money to hire another band of attorneys (since all others are probably unpaid and seeking their fees) to appeal all the judgements and add interest and legal fees to the amount they owe.
