I had not seen that such a promotion is going on as I have not looked. I'm not sure why because nothing have been released that I know of regarding finite details of what's coming into CYPE. Maybe such is because of what is known to be coming into CYPE in the near future and the owner believes that a much higher share price is warranted to justify a higher platform because of the news that's coming. I will continue holding to see what will further materialized.
