AxiomOne; Sorry to hear Calypte has blacklisted you as the information did clear up some worrisome questions. The response from management seems amateurish as phone calls and e-mails concerning future events would not be considered priviledged information - but simple clarifications - i.e. it may or may not happen as stated. The only thing that could bother them is the flood of calls distracting them from their work but that`s no different from any publicly traded company.
I still wonder about the subscription agreement @.18 in that what did Mr. Gale promise these investors that didn`t happen? Was the September SFDA meeting wishful thinking on Mr. Gale`s part or was there any real possibility that it could take place? Was management unaware of the week-long October holiday? Mr. Gale seems big on vague promises but not too concerned about following through. This guy`s a successful CEO? I keep a close eye on it as I`m ready to buy more when the financing is in place. I mean hey let`s get this show on the road.
