They may have financials before the conference, they may not, but I think with the backing of SVB, there won't be a question of stability. SVB would be able to lay to rest any of those concerns.

Financials are important but Data443 will probably have it's 3 Gold Awards prominently displayed at the conference.

I completely agree with you Tjainlv. No company of substantial size is going to do business with a company holding back financials. I think financials may be released sooner than later perhaps Friday or early next week IMO. Go $LDSR

You did not read what I posted. I'll make a condescending list to help you understand.

1. EOM May not July

2. PRs can have information on potential deal being inked without giving details of companies or anything that can give an edge to competition. Investors can get more information when they become insiders with % stake - these whales/investors dont need to rely on internet boards for info or forms lolol.

3. 8Ks and forms are serious. Silicon Valley Bank wants things all super legit to put on their books to increase their lending capacity.

Well said and I completely agree. The way the 10 day average volume has been moving down without a pap drop also indicates theyve been buying shares and more longs... perfect storm for a short squeeze
