Reverse split is the kiss of death. Reverse merger to get listed is a good move. More exposure to investors and financiers.

The company has announced several times they are not considering a reverse split. I agree that such a move could qualify them for a listing but I don't believe they could retain same for very long.The p[roposed plan has much more in ikt for current shareholders than you evidently fail to grasp.
