You hit it on the head. Deals are Art. Especially a billion dollar deal for a company that has no money. Mark is Orchestrating. Mark is the Conducter. Different portions of the deal are different audiences. One is an Equity portion. One is essentially a bond portion. One is a bond portion with some guarantees. Each interested party will require massaging. Each party will have analysts asking serious deep questions and they have a responsibility to define risk. Each interested party will want their slice as cheap as possible. Some will be Machiavellian and want real ownership. It is laughable that people want updates with hundreds of whispered conversations going on 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Either trust the conductor, because he actually knows how to do deals, or continue whining . Or sell your shares.
